The hot-dip galvanized iron wire from choice low carbon steel wire, through the process of wire drawing, anneal , acid washing ,zinc plating , cooling and then it finished . The hot dipped galvanized wire with excellent flexibility and softness. 2.) Electro Galvanized Wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, zinc plating and other processes. Electro galvanized iron wire has the characteristics of firmly zinc coating, evenly plated etc. and the surface has merit of smooth, bright and so on.

The hot dipped galvanized wire is extensively used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses. The electro galvanized wire is mainly used in making nail, construction, communication equipment, medical treatment instrument, express way fencing, binding of flowers, brush , wire mesh weaving, wire redrawing, sieving mesh, craftwork, etc.
